MOVITX NZ has now published the Kea Workforce Integrity Framework, providing a complete, jurisdiction‑specific implementation for New Zealand through its Model Act and Blueprint. This release serves as the reference example for the forthcoming international Workforce Integrity Framework.

The international framework (phoenix) is currently in staged release. It extends workforce‑integrity principles into a cross‑jurisdictional context for governments and organisations seeking coherent, ethical, and resilient labour systems.

The Kea package is available on the MOVITX NZ site for jurisdictions requiring a full legislative and operational example.

It extends the principles of Project Kōtare into an international context, offering a diagnostic and alignment methodology for agencies that administer separated‑family systems, including family‑support and welfare services that interact with children’s day‑to‑day environments.

The framework strengthens legislative coherence, operational clarity, and accountability, enabling governments to identify system gaps that place children at risk during separation and to implement reforms that maintain stability and continuity of care.

It is designed for scalable adoption, supporting consistent guardianship standards across diverse legal and cultural environments.

MOVITX NZ has formally published Project Kōtare, the New Zealand guardianship reform package. Kōtare incorporates key elements of the Restoration Framework used within POP, delivering a complete implementation through its Model Act and Blueprint. This NZ‑specific package forms the foundational reference for the international Guardian Alignment Framework.
